Japanese salmon salad

Preparation
  • Mix the wasabi paste with the Kewpie Mayonnaise and the yoghurt.
  • Add the salmon, pickles and capers.
  • Finely chop the chives and add to the salad. Season to taste with pepper, salt and some lemon juice.
