Kinjirushi Grated Wasabi (15%)

Preparation
Mix the wasabi paste with the Kewpie Mayonnaise and the yoghurt.
Add the salmon, pickles and capers.
Finely chop the chives and add to the salad. Season to taste with pepper, salt and some lemon juice.
