Preparation

Preparation dish 1

  • Chop the vegetables into small pieces and stir-fry briefly.
  • Cut the wagyu beef into very thin slices and serve raw on top of the vegetables.
  • Serve in a leaf of iceberg lettuce.

 
Preparation dish 2

  • Chop the asparagus, carrot and cucumber very finely.
  • Briefly fry the shrimp in oil with salt.
  • Serve in a leaf of iceberg lettuce.

 
Preparation dish 3

  • Chop the courgette, onion, sweet pepper and carrot very finely.
  • The chessboard is made from cubes of aubergine and sweet pepper.
  • Serve the salad on a bed of radishes in a leaf of iceberg lettuce.
