Salmon in miso
Ingredients
  • Shiro miso (witte miso)
    4 el
  • Hon Mirin
    2 el
  • Hakutsuru sake
    2 el
  • Suiker
    2 el
  • Zalmfilet op de huid
    4 st
  • Bosui
    1 st
Preparation
  • Mix the miso with the mirin, sake and sugar into a paste.
  • Spread this on the salmon fillet and cover with film. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 day.
  • Set the oven to hot air (250 degrees) and grill (as high as possible).
  • Wipe the excess marinade from the salmon and place the salmon on a baking tray. 
  • Bake the salmon in the oven for circa 8 minutes until cooked and golden brown.
  • Finely chop the spring onion and sprinkle it over the salmon.
  • Plate up the salmon and optionally serve with some vegetables.
