Sole fillet with wasabi puree

Kewpie Roasted Sesame Dressing

Preparation
Cook the potatoes for circa 20 minutes until they are well done.
Add the butter, milk and Kinjirushi Neri Wasabi and mash.
Add a knob of butter to a frying pan.
Fry the sole fillets over medium-high heat for circa 3 minutes per side.
In a large, tall pan, heat some oil and stir-fry the spinach until it has wilted. Next, add the Kewpie Roasted Sesame Dressing.
Serve the sole fillets with the mashed potatoes and spinach.
