Sole fillet with wasabi puree
Ingredients
  • Aardappels, geschild en in blokjes
    500 gr
  • Boter
    5 gr
  • Melk
    150 ml
  • Kinjirushi Neri Wasabi
    2 tl
  • Wortel, in kleine stukjes
    1 st
  • Tongfilets
    4 st
  • Verse spinazie
    500 gr
  • Zonnebloemolie
    1 el
  • 2 el
Preparation
  • Cook the potatoes for circa 20 minutes until they are well done.
  • Add the butter, milk and Kinjirushi Neri Wasabi and mash.
  • Add a knob of butter to a frying pan.
  • Fry the sole fillets over medium-high heat for circa 3 minutes per side. 
  • In a large, tall pan, heat some oil and stir-fry the spinach until it has wilted. Next, add the Kewpie Roasted Sesame Dressing.
  • Serve the sole fillets with the mashed potatoes and spinach.
