Spinach-apple salad

  • Feta
    100 gr
  • Walnoten
    40 gr
  • Veenbessen

  • Olijfolie

  • Mosterd

  • Honing

  • Peper
    0,5 tl
Preparation
  • Put the spinach in a wide bowl.
  • Cut the apple into slices. Add the apple splices, walnuts and cranberries to the salad.
  • Crumble the feta over the salad and mix everything together.
  • For the dressing, mix the vinegar with the olive oil, mustard, honey and pepper to taste.
  • Divide the dressing over the salad.
