As part of our ongoing quest for perfection, we also contribute to the chefs of the future. Both traditional chefs who adhere to authentic Japanese cuisine and innovative chefs looking to add a Japanese touch to their own roots. We do so with master classes, inspirational sessions and personal advice.
Our chefs teach master classes in the Yama demonstration kitchen in Utrecht and at various locations throughout the Netherlands. They experiment with authentic Japanese and new flavour combinations. Participants are inspired to return to their kitchen to develop new and innovative dishes that carry their own signature.
